Do you have integrity?

We all like to believe that we are credible and honest people. Who says, "I'm dishonest and like it to stay that way." Those words can possibly come from the mind of a true psychopath. A person's credibility distinguishes them from crowd as being honest and honorable. How hard is it to really speak the truth? It shouldn't be too hard, but often times, we worry about other's perceptions and care too much about what others think about us.

I believe that we should all just be honest and speak the truth. In my opinion, lies equate shady-ness and selfishness. Lies are meant to protect, but protect who? Most times, to protect the one doing the lying. Selfish right?

A person's word is much more valuable than physical or material items. When one speaks honestly and openly, the rewards are much greater and valued much more. Liars tend to generate negativity and continue the negative spiral to emptiness; and can continue to give energy into hostile environments. Who really can say, "Ooh, I want some of that?" Again, a psychopath.

When times are tough and we question what to say, remember to just speak the truth!
