Two for Tuesday

While my intent was different, it seems my reality is that I have had a very busy week.  (Quick reflection....is over!)

So let me just get started with my 2 for 2day!

1)  While all the great minds constantly suggest that "one must forgive" and "forgiving someone else is that YOU are the one who is set free" ... the fact is that forgiveness can be REALLY HARD TO DO!  #justsayin

It is really easy to go to that place of negativity and darkness, but the reality is that this darkness permeates grittiness and harbors toxic energy.  Seriously!  I welcome these positive affirmations as daily reminders to KEEP ON TRACT and to have POSITIVE ARTICULATION.  If we think love and positivity, we speak it!

On an entire random tangent....

2)  Today is also called Taco Tuesday!  Yup, time for tacos...the good kind.  You'll never catch me in a TacoBell, that place is for the rats!  I'm talking about yummy and FRESH ingredients.  I'll take authentic and I'll also take gourmet style.  It's all good and I am ready for my tacos please! :o)

Again...I'm #justsayin....

It's A Mento-Monday...

Monday: The day to recuperate from the weekend and do absolutely nothing that bares any real responsiblity.

Monday: To get caught up with all the stress-filled activities for the week and have a serious monday meltdown before the 8am.

Monday: 8:10am, the time to get my ass moving and start the week with a big bang. Get moving and get the shit done already!

I am attempting to get consistant with addressing particular topics. Some may be downright silly, while others are a bit serious. Nonetheless, it is what it is.

Do you have integrity?

We all like to believe that we are credible and honest people. Who says, "I'm dishonest and like it to stay that way." Those words can possibly come from the mind of a true psychopath. A person's credibility distinguishes them from crowd as being honest and honorable. How hard is it to really speak the truth? It shouldn't be too hard, but often times, we worry about other's perceptions and care too much about what others think about us.

I believe that we should all just be honest and speak the truth. In my opinion, lies equate shady-ness and selfishness. Lies are meant to protect, but protect who? Most times, to protect the one doing the lying. Selfish right?

A person's word is much more valuable than physical or material items. When one speaks honestly and openly, the rewards are much greater and valued much more. Liars tend to generate negativity and continue the negative spiral to emptiness; and can continue to give energy into hostile environments. Who really can say, "Ooh, I want some of that?" Again, a psychopath.

When times are tough and we question what to say, remember to just speak the truth!
