I'll be getting back to my normal rants after this first week is over. This is a huge accomplishment so bare with me.
Day 4
I awoke to stomach pains, worried that I may have an “accident” I rush to the bathroom. Ok, no surprises or accidents, but the pain was actually gas. Hmmm? I’m thinking I have to track this…..
My intense craving have some-what subsided. I have to stay away from food blogs or anything associated with great food (like the food channel or cooking channel). To help in my preoccupied distractions, I try to finish up some work I've been putting off. Like updating my house-sitting profile :o) and filling on that healthcare information :O/
E-reader...hmmmm...do I indulge or not? Kindle or Nook? I gave up the desire of an IPad, but if given to me, I ain't gonna turn that away.
New mattress...that means a new frame to. Ok, so much disctractions that actually have me spending $$$$, WTF?
Day 5
After awaking even earlier with pain, I took another look at my schedule. I believe I must take my evening meds much later. Waking up early is not cool! I’ll try this tonight and hopefully tomorrow, I won’t have the same problems.

Cleansing time...
I never thought I would actually say or even think this: I cannot wait to start my cleanse!
Seriously...it is time!
Will I post? Maybe. I am not exactly jumping at the idea to share such intimate details of my situation. It just may be too gross to even share on something like this. You'll just have to wait and see.
Cleansing is good and everyone should do it at least once a year. I believe it is actually recommended twice a year. It will take discipline and consistancy, two skills I am not the best at. I am hoping to finish the process, but I think that in order for me to succeed with completing this, I should take it one day at a time.

It's A Mento-Monday...
Monday: The day to recuperate from the weekend and do absolutely nothing that bares any real responsiblity.
Monday: To get caught up with all the stress-filled activities for the week and have a serious monday meltdown before the 8am.
Monday: 8:10am, the time to get my ass moving and start the week with a big bang. Get moving and get the shit done already!
"Wake up and live." - Bob Marley

I am attempting to get consistant with addressing particular topics. Some may be downright silly, while others are a bit serious. Nonetheless, it is what it is.

Where's the book?
I've been completely preoccupied with reading psychology books, that I thought to re-read Eat Pray Love. Since it has been turned into a movie, I thought I should read it again. I read it a few years back but I can't find it now. Where the frack did it go? Did it grow feet and just walk on outta here?
Oh...I remember, I lent it out to someone and they never returned it! WTF? When you borrow something, it is wise to return it. I mean c'mon people, really. When it's not yours, take a little extra care of it AND return it!
What to read instead, oh, I actually have The Time Traveler's Wife. I can re-read that one. Maybe I'll pick up on stuff I missed the first time around. And by the way, I lent this one out and upon return, it looks like some coffee was spilt on table the book was sitting at. Hmmmm? At least it was dried up and the damamge is minimal. It actually looks like a bit like a vintage book. Thanks for that!
If I still want to read that 'lost' book, I guess I must borrow it from the library. Since it has become a very popular book, I guess I should request it now. Why is it, that when books become movies, so many wants to read it first? People, how about just reading the book, it is probably way better then the movie. In this case, for those who have not had to opportunity to travel to Italy, India, and Indonesia, than the movie will help the imagery.
I'm not too big on romance or self-help (I actually like sci-fi and comedy), but I feel like I need a bit of warmth. I've had to much psychoanalysis and need some wholesome, 'feel-good' reading. Time Traveler's Wife it is...I begin it tonight.

Inspirational and Motivational
"There's new energy to harness . . . The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep. We may not get there in one year . . . I have never been more hopeful . . . that we will get there . . . There will be setbacks and false starts . . . block by block, brick by brick, calloused hand by calloused hand . . ."
